Yes. New York OCM regulations require a valid government-issued photo ID showing 21 years of age or older at the drop-off. The ID must match the account on file. If the ID check fails, the driver returns the order to the store - no refund loopholes, no exceptions.

Delivery is prepay-only via Dutchie Pay. Drivers do not accept cash, debit, or credit at the door — your order must be settled before dispatch. Tips can be added at checkout and go 100% to the driver.

Yes - lobby and curbside deliveries are allowed if you're 21+ with valid ID. We cover most Queens hotels including LIC, Astoria, Howard Beach and airport-area properties. Some buildings require you to meet the driver outside - check the hotel's own cannabis policy before ordering.

The driver waits 10 minutes, then cancels the run and returns the order to the store. A re-delivery fee applies for a second attempt. We'll text and call before cancelling - keep your phone on.
